THE FINAL BURDEN Sign With THORP RECORDS

Southern California metalcore act THE FINAL BURDEN have inked a deal with Thorp Records.

"After a long time look at various labels we decided to go with Thorp because of the hard work and attitude coming from the label," the band write in a statement. "The owner Andy is an amazing guy and really seems like a genuine guy."

THE FINAL BURDEN formed in 2001 and released an EP through This City Is Burning Records. The group's full-length debut is expected late spring/early summer 2006. A 2005 demo track, entitiled "The Faith Insurance", can be downloaded at this location.

THE FINAL BURDEN will embark on a four-week tour with SCARS OF TOMORROW in January. A list of currently confirmed tour dates can be found at this location.
